BOOTCAMP FOR ADULTS

Need a kick start to your workout program or want to lose some weight for the holidays?  Are you tired all the time?  Do you get out of breath easily? Have a hard time getting motivated to workout?  Tired of the gym routine?  If the answer is YES...YOU NEED THIS! 

Adult Fitness Boot Camp workouts include the following activities & exercises:

All this is provided in a motivating & supportive peer environment.  You will also learn valuable nutritional information as you progress through the camp.  Most of all, this camp will help you...GET FIT, HAVE FUN, & FEEL GOOD!

wHAT      TO      EXPECT?
Camps will begin promptly at their scheduled start time and last approx. 45-60 minutes.  Prior to starting any rigorous exercises, campers will start with a 10 minute warm-up.  The workout portion of the camp will consist of a variety of exercises that will elevate the heart rate and tone the body which will then lead into a cool-down.  The trainer will work with groups and individuals throughout the session.  Camps are intended to be challenging and fun with social interaction.  Each session will provide new exercises and activities to keep interest and work various muscle groups.

Campers are assessed and paired together based on current fitness levels.  For any individual that can't perform a certain exercise, an alternate exercise will be given.

WHAT'S A TYPICAL FITNESS BOOTCAMP LIKE?

Our fitness boot camp is an outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic with body weight exercises.  Camps are designed to push you harder than you would push yourself.  During the 4 week class you'll participate in various forms of plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises. These fitness classes have grown in popularity over the years primarily because they offer a new way to get a low-cost, efficient and challenging workout. These fitness classes get fast results and create a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people.

The standard fitness boot camp can range from 5 to as many as 35 people. Your first session will include time for completing paperwork, reviewing the class rules and safety guidelines and performing a basic fitness assessment. Thereafter, e
ach session will start with a 10-12 minute warm up & stretch session.  
Then a 45-60 minute workout which will typically include: Push-Ups, Plyometric & Interval Training, Squats, Lunges, Running, Abdominal Exercises, Team Challenges, Etc.
